Looking to get fit without having to go to the gym?! Our Ski Fit programme is now live at Skiplex Reading!

For just £34.99 a session or £174.99 for 6 sessions we provide you with a personal trainer PLUS a ski lesson with a qualified instructor. Group sizes are kept to 3 meaning classes and instruction can be tailored to your requirements. Our fitness classes offer a break from the monotony of gym work outs and are a great way to keep fit generally as well as keeping your ski specific fitness up during both winter and summer. 

Skiplex is introducing a unique ski fit class which combines on slope skiing with off slope fitness. Each session will include 30 minutes of ski time with one of our fully qualified instructors and 40 minutes off slope time with a physio and Pilates instructor. The off slope exercises have been designed to focus on core strength and fitness and legs and also to work on improving balance and co-ordination. The time spent on the slope will involve an intense session of ski exercises working on technique and fitness. We also exclusive use of Graham Bell's Skiers Edge machines which we will be incorporating as part of the off slope exercises. 

We are currently running ski fit classes every Thursday at Reading starting at 10am.
